Levi Cooper is a Senior at the University of Pennsylvania studying French and Political Science with a minor in Africana Studies. His areas of focus are politics in Western Europe and West Africa, as well as French literature. Studying both French and Political Science, he is drawn to current African geopolitics, and is excited to expand his reach towards East Africa with his study of Swahili. In the summer of 2019, Levi was an intern at Continental Realty Corporation, an owner-operator in Baltimore, Maryland with commercial and multifamily portfolios across the southeast United States. There, he focused on both leasing and acquisition of potential assets for both portfolios. In 2018, Levi worked in property-management for an international real estate company, Newmark Knight Frank, and was based in Pennsylvania. He spent Fall 2018 studying in Lyon, France at Sciences Po. At the University of Pennsylvania, Levi is the president of Pi Delta Phi, the Penn chapter of the National French Honor Society, and is chair of the A Capella Council, which supervises Penn’s 14 A capella groups. He is also on the board of the Performing Arts Council at Penn.
